The world as we know it is constantly changing and advancing, culturally, financially, and technologically. Some of these advancements are difficult for you and your workmates to keep up with, requiring constant training and coaching. Ezra coaching specialises in this training, helping people to stay on top of their game.
One of the more exciting tools to help with this constant education is learning technology. Learning technology has been around since its infancy during the 1920s, with the world’s first “automatic teacher”. Technology has come a long way since then, and MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) have been available since 2008, and similar programs known as LAAS (learning as a service) are also very popular.
This learning technology is developing to this day, with more innovations still being developed to better educate and train users. Some of the more exciting developments include AI, which has the potential to personalise the learning process and create an accessible, interactive learning environment.
Virtual reality, otherwise known as virtual spaces, is also being increasingly used to help students to interact with a teacher “in person” through a virtual medium. This better facilitates remote practical training for certain activities, which would otherwise require the teacher and student to share the same physical space.
As computers become more common and new skills are constantly being developed, learning technology is a necessary way to train people in these skills.
